The roof of the Parlement of Brittany. I took a tour somewhat spontaneously, not expecting much, but left surprised and impressed. Built in the 1500s, the interior was revamped and refurbished by Louis XIV and Napoeleon III before being destroyed by fire in 1994 during a fishermen's strike. A supremely Breton thing to happen. It opened again in 1999.
